Rose McGowan has been cast by CBS in the Elvis Presley miniseries Elvis, which will be produced by Jaffe/Braunstein Films. Howard Braunstein and Michael Jaffe will executive produce with Robert Greenblatt and David Janollari.
In the mini, McGowan will play sexy screen star Ann-Margret, the Oscar-nominated actress and performer who starred with Presley in the 1964 feature Viva Las Vegas. The pair was also linked romantically during the filming of the movie. Although Elvis later married Priscilla Beaulieu, Presley and Ann-Margret remained lifelong friends. Randy Quaid also recently signed on to the cast playing Col. Tom Parker, Presley's manager. "
